Dr. Anna Arcuri is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She adopts a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy to provide you with an individualized treatment plan tailored to meet your specific treatment goals and needs.
Dr. Arcuri provides assessment and treatment for adults with a range of mental health concerns including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and anxiety. She also helps you manage your difficulties with relationships, emotions, work stress, and life transitions.
Dr. Arcuri uses evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapies (Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Adaptive Disclosure), Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and integrates Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Self-Compassion based interventions to help you achieve symptom relief. She is trained in emotional-focused therapy (EFT) for couples and draws on her research on attachment, partner expectations, communication styles, and couples' functioning to help you and your partner repair and strengthen your connection.
Dr. Arcuri earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Windsor. She has worked with Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, CAF veterans, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) at the Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic in London and Toronto. She has worked with first responders, adults involved in traumatic motor vehicle accidents and the community in private practice settings. She also has worked in hospitals, correctional facilities, outpatient mental health centres and university counselling centres.
Dr. Arcuri is a certified Road to Mental Readiness (R2MR) facilitator and participated in the national roll-out of R2MR with the RCMP “O” Division.
Talieh Bakhshai is a licensed Registered Psychotherapist. Talieh’s main goal is to provide you with a safe environment for you to explore your emotions and gain effective tools to manage your mental health challenges.
Talieh has significant experience working with adults presenting with a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, insomnia, and relationship difficulties.
Talieh’s approach to therapy is dynamic and client-centred. She practices Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy as her main therapeutic approach and integrates resources from other treatment modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Talieh is also formally trained in EMDR; a highly effective form of therapy that offers relief from various forms of trauma; both physical and emotional. Talieh holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.
Rachel Berkovich is a registered Social Worker. Rachel has always been extremely passionate about mental health and working collaboratively with clients to make positive changes to the way they connect with their distressing experiences. As each person is unique and on their own journey, Rachel uses a client-centred and collaborative therapeutic approach that is tailored to you.
Rachel brings several years of experience working with clients in community-based, outpatient, and inpatient hospital settings. Rachel has worked with individuals to overcome various concerns, including anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She also has worked with individuals with chronic pain, substance use concerns and insomnia.
Rachel’s approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science with honours in psychology from York University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto.
Erin Campbell is a Registered Psychotherapist. Erin focuses on mental health treatment for adults in individual therapy for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, relationship challenges and emotion regulation. She has experience working with first responders and community members in private practice. Erin takes a collaborative, client-centred approach to her work and is passionate about utilizing your strengths to reach your goals.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, and her Master of Arts in Counselling and Clinical Psychology from the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto.
Caitlyn Ann Hawkins is a registered Social Worker. Caitlyn recognizes that everyone has a unique combination of values, experiences, and needs; and offers you a tailored treatment approach drawing on evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Caitlyn primarily works with adults experiencing challenges with mental health and addictions. Caitlyn has experience working with people facing challenges at many milestones, including recovering from mental and physical workplace injuries and retirement. Caitlyn has supported clients’ recovery in a variety of settings including private practice, inpatient treatment, return-to-work services and the community.
Caitlyn has experience serving Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Members, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and veterans.
Caitlyn earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Lakehead University and completed a certificate program in Addictions and Mental Health.
Dr. Amanda R. Levine is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist who offers assessment services to adults.
Dr. Levine has extensive experience providing assessment and evidence-based treatment services to Veterans, military members, and RCMP members. She was employed full-time at the Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic at St. Joseph’s Health Care London (Toronto satellite clinic), which allowed her to develop specialized knowledge of the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) benefits system. Since then, she has continued to work with Veterans in private practice. Although not a Veteran herself, her seven years of clinical experience with former and current military members have led her to develop an understanding of the military culture, environment, and range of experiences that might give rise to mental health conditions and the factors that might complicate reaching out for support.
Dr. Levine graduated from the Adult Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Windsor and went on to complete her residency at the London Health Sciences Centre Residency Consortium.
Brittany Malfara is a qualifying Registered Psychotherapist. Brittany recognizes the courage it takes to seek help and strives to support you to reach your goals in order to help you overcome life challenges and achieve meaningful and positive change. Taking a collaborative approach, Brittany aims to create a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space, working with individuals with a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. She has worked with individuals in hospital, community and private practice settings.

Pirntha completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Health Sciences from the University of Toronto Scarborough and a post-graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College. She earned a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is currently enrolled in a Clinical Traumatologist program at the Traumatology Institute.
Ananya Sharma is a qualifying Registered Psychotherapist. Using these approaches, Ananya has helped clients struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, relationship difficulties, personality complexities, ADHD, and grief.
Ananya earned her Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
